Kitchen Design Training: Luzerne

This 3 hour training will cover key components in commercial kitchen ventilation including kitchen hoods, makeup air units, exhaust fans, fire suppression and basic control integration. We will review how these elements work together as a complete system and then take a closer look at makeup air and kitchen hood design, covering airflow balance, capture and containment, hood selection and typical layout considerations.
